This batch of bread certainly turned out better than last time. Judy's favorite part of making bread is throwing it on the table. (which reduces the air bubbles) She actually made me jump the first time she did it. I guess I wasn't expecting her to throw it that hard.

I agree, Judy certainly does seemed to have grown just since last week! Punching down bread dough or throwing it against the table, are certainly productive and yummy ways of releasing some of life's frustration.
If I were to expect anyone to throw unbaked bread hard, it would be Judy...

To answer Jessica's question,no I have not beat Janessa YET....but I will! (I hope :-) I have beat all of the other girls though. And thanks John, for your wonderful comment. The phrase, "No comments from the peanut gallery" comes to mind. :-)
